Before live launch

Visit chat opens after acceptance and stops accepting messages when a visit is completed or cancelled. The participants can still read their conversation afterward. This preview does not automatically delete chat history when a visit ends. Live retention and support-access rules must be defined before real conversations begin.

A full privacy notice will identify the operating company, processors, retention periods, contact details and applicable access/deletion rights. Live onboarding, screening and payments are not available in this preview.
